David Allen and Marcus Todd of Starwood Custom Homes and our home design team met up with the Stavros family on a bright and sunny summer morning in Arizona. The small party gathered together to break ground on a future Chandler custom home.
Each family member was provided a hard hat and golden shovels to signify the exciting beginning of the construction process on their property. The group enjoyed light snacks and sparkling cider before the first scoop of dirt was thrown. The youngest of the group enjoyed handling the ‘man-sized’ tool and voiced he can’t wait to see the big construction trucks that he plays with in his sandbox come to life as his family home is created and built.

This young family selected Starwood Custom Homes to create their built to suite luxury home on a carefully selected home lot.
